A young mother is murdered after shopping at a fish market. When the crime is tied to a gold-smuggling operation, U.S. Treasury agent Philip Grey (Richard Denning) assists McGarrett and Five-O in the investigation. Grey convinces McGarrett that the best strategy is to lure one of the smugglers out, using a female undercover agent as bait.
